Wine vinegar from Tokaj wine
Our vinegar was borned in the heart of Tokaj, as a child of the excellent Tokaj wines, from hand-harvested selected bunches of grapes.
From national producers
We grow our ingredients on our own farm, or buy selected fruit of the highest quality and high nutritional value from local producers.
Our products are made naturally, with biological fermentation, preserving the characteristics of the raw materials. They contain no preservatives or additives.
Aged in oak barrels
Our vinegars are aged in oak barrels for at least 4-6 months, restoring the balance of the material after the fermentation process, further enhancing the rich aroma of our vinegars.
