With its characteristic intense flavour, this aszú is an excellent addition to our salads. It is delicious on its own, drizzled over salads, but it can also be made into a vinaigrette, for example with olive oil or your favourite cold-pressed oil, mixed with salt and pepper to taste, to make a very tasty dressing. It is also a real delicacy when drizzled over cheese.
It goes very nicely with meats, whether you use it as a dressing for ready roasts or just add a few drops to season your dish, it’s a great blend of exciting flavours. Feel free to use it to marinate meats, the end result will be a perfectly crumbly roast with a rich flavour.
The best choice for chocolate desserts. Feel free to use it to bake fruit or flavour your cake batter.

High quality furmint wine vinegar is long aged on the aszú grapes. After oak barrel ageing, the result is a particularly delicate balsamic vinegar in which the velvety texture of the grape must is in perfect harmony with the aszú’s distinctive character. Very versatile, it is excellent with salads, meats, game, foie gras, aged cheeses and last but not least with cakes.
