With its sweet, intense fruity flavour, rosehip is an excellent addition to our salads. It is delicious on its own, drizzled over salads, but it can also be made into a vinaigrette, e.g. with olive oil or your favourite cold-pressed oil, mixed with salt and pepper to taste, to make a very tasty dressing.
As a refreshing drink, mix about a tablespoon of balsamic vinegar in a glass of water and drink it. Not only is it delicious, but it can also help you stay healthy.
It goes very nicely with meats, whether you use it as a dressing for ready-roasted meats or just add a few drops to season your ready-made dish, it will add an exciting blend of flavours.
Feel free to mix it into an oily meat marinade and leave it to rest for an hour or two. Then fry it in a pan or oven, the vinegar will make it much softer and more tender.
