A representative of very refined, elegant and lively wines, Tokaji muscatel is a truly precious raw material for the production of our wine vinegar. It contains exotic fruity aromas and characteristic fragrances. Its colour is pale yellow, suggesting the softness of the muscatel flavour, which is in particular harmony with the stronger character of the acetic acid. It can be used to flavour vegetable salads, marinate fish and marinate meat.
