Our Nemesecet is the spice of our most special salads with its unique, characterful flavour. It’s delicious on its own, drizzled over salads, but it can also be made into a vinaigrette, for example with olive oil or your favourite cold-pressed oil, mixed with salt and pepper to taste, to make a delicious dressing.
Absolutely top gourmet category, unique, for real gourmets. We recommend it for roasts, foie gras, more exciting cakes or drizzled over aged cheeses.
The product contains no preservatives, flavourings or flavour enhancers.
Ingredients: furmint wine vinegar matured on a bed of aszú grapes (furmint wine vinegar, 30% aszú grapes). Contains sulphites.

Years ago, we started something very special, something that creates tradition. Furmint vinegar was added to the aszú bed, which has been resting and maturing in oak barrels ever since. The aszú grains have been washed of all their precious flavours. This wonderful juice is bottled after 5 years. This is Hungary’s first long-aged Nemesecet.
